If you wish to file a complaint, please fill out the Complaint Form. When you file a complaint, the Commission screens the complaint to determine if it calls for an investigation.
Please note: If your complaint is against a federally regulated entity (i.e., First Nations government, RCMP, banks, telecommunications company, etc.) the Canadian Human Rights Commission may have power to deal with your complaint.
You will find information to assist you in filling in the form on the Complaint FAQs webpage under “How do I fill out the complaint form?”. We encourage you to consult our Complaint FAQs before submitting a complaint. Our website and Complaint FAQs also include information on our complaint process, including how long the process may take and what kinds of remedies are available. For support, please contact the Commission.
