**Note: This lists the remedies ordered in a case pertaining sexual harassment in the workplace.

The Yukon Human Rights Board of Adjudication (“the Board”) ordered the Respondents to complete the following actions:

  • Pay the Complainant $15,047.96 in damages.
  • For a period of three years, report to the Yukon Human Rights Commission the name, address and phone number of all female employees employed by the Respondent, as well as the reason why any female employee leaves their employment during this period.
  • Create and implement a sexual harassment policy that is in line with the Yukon Human Rights Act. The policy must be posted in the business premises of the Respondents and must be in full view of customers and staff.
